Abstract: Earle W. Clifford, Jr. came to Rutgers University in 1963 to serve as Dean of Student Affairs. In this position he was responsible for overseeing activities outside the classroom and had various offices reporting to him. From 1970 to 1972 he was Vice President of Student Affairs. Abstract: The papers of Walton R. Johnson, Professor of Social Anthropology, Department of Africana Studies at Rutgers University, contain material dated between 1949 and 2001. The bulk of the material covers the years 1995 to 1999.
