Dr. Eugene E. Agger studied economics at the University of Cincinatti and Columbia University. He taught economics at Columbia before becoming a professor of economics and head of the Economics department at Rutgers University from 1926-1950. Dr. Agger held many prominent positions in the economics and banking communities and authored several books on those subjects.
This collection consists of material created by Herbert H. Rowen, noted Dutch and Early Modern Historian and professor of history at Rutgers University. It includes copies of Rowen's published works, as well as copies of his Master's thesis and PhD dissertation; both from Columbia University. It also includes some research material of Rowen's as well as information about his scholarly activities and teaching career. It includes material in both English and Dutch
