Summary: This series contains the financial books and records of New Jersey Law School. The series includes the original stock certificates of the shareholders, as well as the Preferred and Common stock books. The series also includes the financial journal, ledgers, and other account books. Finally, the series contains documentation regarding the transfer of assets from New Jersey Law School to the University of Newark which was completed in 1942
