Original photo that hung in the union hall for many years, with buildings mapped by number. This photo is in poor condition due to its constant use, and includes pin holes and yellowed tape markings. A reproduction is included in Box 2, Folder 15.

Scope and Contents:

Two photocopies of the Local 156 Charter, reissued in 1979, are included. The names of the original founders are listed, and a note references February 15, 1915 as the founding date. The reissued charter refers to the union by its contemporary name (Laborers' International Union of North America), as opposed to its name at the time of the original charter (International Hod Carriers' Building and Common Laborers' Union of America).
