Scope and Contents:

Included are two contracts reprinted in pocket-sized versions for members' reference. One contract is undated but refers to 1947: Working Code Agreement, International Hod Carriers' Building and Common Laborers' Union, Warren and Hunterdon Counties. The Constitution and By-Laws of the Building and Construction Trades Council of New Brunswick and Vicinity was adopted January 8, 1952.

The union's July 31, 1974, balance sheet is presented as reviewed but not audited by accountants Seaman, Seaman and Oslislo. The accountants' report is dated August 6, 1974. Two later reports each detail a month of financial records of the union. A formal Financial Report from December 1984 is included, as is a photocopy of a handwritten Cash Receipts Journal from January 1994.
