Summary: Document types include correspondence, notes, press releases, exhibit announcements, catalogues, reviews, guest registries, and gallery guides. Photographs, negatives, and slides are included for some exhibits.

This series documents Burko's participation in solo and group exhibitions throughout her career as an artist, including the planning and installation of exhibits, notes and sketches pertaining to exhibit spaces and the exhibit layout, and reviews of the work by both art critics and gallery visitors. A small number of photographs and slides are available for some exhibits. Most exhibits are represented by at least an announcement or exhibit catalogue, though many files also have correspondence and reviews as well. Burko's long association with Locks Gallery is represented in the series, with price lists and guest registries for exhibits at Locks. Extensive coverage is given to Burko's Waterways of Pennsylvania traveling exhibit, Giverny and Bellagio residency retrospectives, and the conception, completion, and installation of Wissahickon: Reflections.
